In this 30 minute webinar, we will cover common things you may encounter when you give employees access such as resetting locked users, monitoring ESS usage and running reports, and other things to look for if employees are having issues with their self-service account.

In this 30 minute webinar, we’ll walk through the basic example of an address update.  We’ll create user groups, email templates, setup workflows and routes, and show how to approve changes.
