TPC HR started providing services to Nonn’s on a project basis in May of 2013. In July of 2014, Nonn’s was losing their main HR professional. Nonn’s was not sure that outsourcing all of their HR to a third party was a good fit for them given their size and needs, but a partnership was developed and now TPC HR is part of Nonn’s way of doing business.
