The Beacon Athletics Story
We first started providing HR support to Beacon Athletics in May of 2016. They had been a long-term TPC payroll client and Connie Gower, CFO/Manager, was looking for a resource to free up her time so that she could focus on her many other responsibilities in helping to run the business while at the same time know that employees were in good hands.
TPC HR has provided ongoing payroll and benefits administration services to Beacon Athletics. We assisted the company in transitioning from a semi-monthly payroll schedule to a bi-weekly schedule (including clear and complete communications with employees), revised the company handbook and have provided timely HR management advice when needed.
