The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches Story
TPC HR started providing services to The Bank of New Glarus and Sugar River Bank Branches (BNG) in November of 2014. BNG was using a third party payroll provider. TPC HR used that system until such time that BNG decided to switch payroll and timekeeping to TPC’s system.
TPC HR is BNG’s total outsourced HR department. We provide all HR services an on-site HR department would provide including compensation, benefit design, compliance, advice, recruiting as well as all administrative support (payroll and benefits administration). We have developed performance management systems, assisted with personnel matters, processed their benefit renewals each year, prepared board reports, etc. But more important that what we’ve done is what we’ve become to each other… true partners and friends.
