Employee Benefits Administration

  • Assisting with rollovers, distributions, hardship withdrawals and loans, QDRO’s, QMCSO’s
  • Serving as a primary contact for employees, the organization, plan vendors, and third party administrators
  • Preparing annual census information for 5500 reports, plan testing and similar compliance issues
Family and Medical Leave Administration (FMLA)
  • Tracking and managing time tables and paperwork related to FMLA
  • Reviewing and responding to FMLA requests and physician certifications
  • Answering questions regarding FMLA laws
  • Tracking leave taken and managing fitness-for-duty certifications
Workers’ Compensation Claims Management
  • Injury reporting, physician referral and medical care management
  • Performing case management
  • Handling incident notifications (completing and filing all required reports)
  • Administering, managing and otherwise processing claims and related procedures
OSHA Recordkeeping
  • Maintaining OSHA 300 logs
  • Assuring compliance with OSHA 300 posting requirements
New Hire Processing
  • Performing on-site or off-site new employee orientations (explaining benefits information, reviewing employee handbook and safety issues)
  • Assuring all new hire paperwork is completed correctly and on time (e.g., W-4 and I-9 forms)
