The Payroll Company, Inc. Wins 2007 Growth Award from IPPA
The Payroll Company is one of over 240 independently owned payroll service bureaus that make up the Independent Payroll Providers Association (IPPA). Members of IPPA work together to ensure a healthy and ethical payroll business community. IPPA members gather three times a year to discuss issues affecting the payroll industry. The 2007 annual convention was held in Denver, Colorado August 1st - 4th, highlighted by the annual awards banquet.

Many businesses stick with unsatisfactory or poor payroll service from one provider because they feel it's easier to remain in a bad relationship than to go through a conversion. Switching to a new provider often has hidden problems that stem from poor communication from the sales and enrollment teams, little-to-no training after signing the agreement, and non-existent support after the new system is turned on. November 10, 2006 Third Time's a Charm: The Payroll Company Wins National Award Again
For the second year in a row and the third time overall, The Payroll Company has been awarded the PayChoice Award for Outstanding Payroll Service Bureau Management. This award is given annually to the best independently owned payroll service bureaus based on outstanding achievement in payroll service management, client retention, and sales growth. The Payroll Company was selected from a pool of national candidates.

The Payroll Company, a Wisconsin-based leading provider of payroll services, today announced a new online payroll initiative for businesses with five or fewer employees. These might include companies that are just getting off the ground, established “mom-and-pop” operations, or even households that employ nannies, gardeners, or housekeepers, just to name a few. All the employer needs is a computer and an Internet connection to begin using Small Business Express.
