Auto enrollment option

  • Automatic enrollment after six months of service and 21 years of age
  • Automatically enrolled at 3%, increased each year by 1% until reaching 6%
  • Employer match = 100% of the first 1%, and 50% of the next 5%
  • Profit sharing component available
  • Two-year cliff vesting

Non-elective Safe Harbor

  • Employer contributes 3% to each employee regardless of employee's contribution
  • No requirements can be made on hours worked or length of time worked before eligible
  • 100% vested

Standard Safe Harbor

  • Multiple match options available with a minimum match of 100% of the first 3% and match 50% of the next 2%
  • No requirements can be made on hours worked or length of time worked before eligible
  • 100% vested
