For a retained investment, The Payroll Company HR covers all advertising and miscellaneous search expenses.
Modified-Retained Search
Organizations that wish to be more active in the search process may opt for this method which provides a targeted search similar to the retained search, but keeps organizations more involved in ad placement and evaluating candidates. For a modified- retained investment, you pay for all advertising and miscellaneous search expenses.
Contract Recruiting
For a fixed hourly fee, The Payroll Company HR can provide this option, which can be very attractive to organizations that do not have a dedicated HR Department or have an HR Department that is needs additional capacity. The HR Effect provides contract recruiting for any number of positions.
