Sign Customer Service Agreement	Send you an email link to our simple, 10 minute, online enrollment form
Complete enrollment form	Send you IRS forms 8655, 2848, Bank Authorization, Power of Attorney, & Electronic Check signature forms. All are pre-populated with your data. All you need to do is review, sign and mail back in to TPC via a postage paid envelope that we supply.
Review, Sign and Mail pre-populated forms and Paychex reports to TPC	We confirm with you when the packet arrives at our office. We contact you to setup initial payroll training sessions We contact you to confirm all data is complete and accurately entered into our system. We provide you with a secure Username and Password
Attend Payroll Training, Submit Payroll	We work with you on all payrolls until you confirm no further assistance required. (most clients are 100% competent with our payroll system in one payroll)
